Datagram Bilişim provides end-to-end information technology services to small and medium-sized manufacturers. Most of our clients are machinery, sheet metal, welding and lamination producers in the Istanbul and Kocaeli region.
Why we work in this field
Manufacturing SMEs face a particular squeeze on the IT side. Enterprise-scale solutions are both expensive and needlessly complex; packages aimed at small businesses never see the shop floor. That gap usually gets filled with spreadsheets and the goodwill of whichever employee is good with computers.
That gap is exactly where we work.
How we work
- A single point of contact. You do not deal with separate vendors for ERP, servers, networking, email and your website. When something breaks, you know who to call.
- With sector knowledge. We know how a work order comes into being, what the foreman does not write down, and which information is missing when a quotation is prepared.
- A relationship that does not end at go-live. Most projects fail because they are abandoned after implementation. Our monthly service model is built to prevent that.
- We say so when it is not needed. If a simple automation solves the problem, we do not propose new software.
Our own product
Based on what we saw on the shop floor we built IzgirWebErp, a web-based ERP and reporting platform. It brings production, quality, warehouse, quotation and costing processes together and integrates with Netsis, Lantek, DWG and PDKS.
