Frequently asked questions
Do we have to abandon our current accounting software?
No. IzgirWebErp integrates with Netsis. We leave the accounting side as it is and add the production and reporting layer on top.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Both. Most issues are resolved remotely; for hardware replacement and network work we come on site within the Istanbul and Kocaeli region.
Will installation stop production?
We schedule critical cutovers outside shift hours during planning. If downtime is unavoidable we tell you the duration in advance.
Our domain is with another provider — is transferring difficult?
No. We handle the transfer with no interruption to your website or email. You only need to obtain the transfer code from your current registrar.
You did not build our site — will you still maintain it?
Yes. We start with a takeover audit and report in writing what state we are inheriting the site in and what needs fixing.
