Search Engine Optimisation

Your site exists but does not show up for the searches that matter. We measure why, fix it, and show you the fix.

The problem

Most companies know SEO as a report: an agency reviews the site, leaves a thirty-item list, and hands implementation back to the company. There is nobody to implement it; the agency that built the site cannot be reached, nobody has the hosting password, and "shorten the title tag" stays open for a year. Most of the problems are invisible anyway: a missing share image, a truncated title, a slow font, structured data that is never emitted. Nobody notices, because the site does open.

What we deliver

The difference is not our method but our authority to implement. We already run the domain, hosting, email and site maintenance, so fixing what we find does not require an appointment with anyone. Diagnosis and repair are in the same hands.

Scope

  • Technical audit: crawlability, sitemap and robots rules, redirect chains, canonical addresses, hreflang for the bilingual site
  • Speed and Core Web Vitals: first paint, layout shift, image and font weight — measured, fixed, measured again
  • Structured data: schema.org markup for the business, services, products and frequently asked questions
  • Page architecture: a separate page carrying its own text for each question people actually search; we do not produce copies of one another
  • Local visibility: Google Business Profile and the company details on the site kept identical
  • Measurement: Search Console setup, which query was shown how often and clicked how often

What we do not do

We do not buy links, we do not inflate one text with keywords and duplicate it, and we do not guarantee rankings — nobody can. If we think a problem cannot be solved through search, we say so.

An example

On the site of a client in the machinery sector there is a separate page for every question people actually search: spare parts by brand name, part categories, and the industrial districts where on-site service is provided. More than eighty addresses, each matching a single search, averaging around a thousand words, linked to one another by roughly forty links per page.

What mattered was not the number of pages. Duplicating one text with the district name changed is easy, and Google treats that as a doorway page; so each page carries its own copy, and pages were opened only for districts where service is genuinely provided.

How it is priced

The work has two parts and they are priced separately, because one is done once and the other continues.

  • Technical audit and fixes — project fee. Determined by the size of the site, how many defects it has and how much code the fixes require. At the end of the audit we review the priority list together; you decide which items are in scope for this round, so the fee is set against that scope.
  • Measurement and reporting — fixed monthly fee. Search Console tracking, monitoring which queries you appear for, and regular reporting. This part is optional: the audit and fixes can be taken on their own.

If we already maintain your site, the first step is narrower — access, infrastructure and how the site works are already known, so part of the audit is unnecessary.

We do not publish figures, because a price given without seeing the scope misleads either you or us. Send us your address; we will take a first look free of charge and tell you in writing what will take how long.

Who this is for

Manufacturing and trading companies whose site exists but never reaches the customer they are looking for; companies holding an SEO report with nobody to implement it.

How we proceed

Technical audit

We crawl the site the way a search engine sees it and produce a measurable list of defects. Numbers, not guesses. It takes 3-5 days depending on the size of the site.

Priority list

We write down how much each item affects the business and how long it takes. Instead of doing thirty things at once, we agree on the order together.

Implementation

We make the fixes ourselves; we do not leave a report behind. Where copy is needed we provide the outline and the narrative comes from you.

Measurement

We track which queries you appear for through Search Console and explain the reason behind each change. We send a report once a month; if a number went down we write that too, with the reason. You keep access to Search Console as well — you can look at the same data without waiting for the report.

Frequently asked questions

When do the first results appear?
The audit takes 3-5 days; the effect of the fixes starts showing in Search Console within weeks. The effect of content and new pages is measured in months. We say this upfront; offers promising fast results usually mean purchased links.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. Nobody can guarantee Google rankings, and anyone who says they can is not telling the truth. What we guarantee is that our work is measurable: we show what we changed and how that change is reflected in the numbers. Since you also keep access to Search Console, you can see those numbers independently of us.
You did not build our site — will you still work on it?
Yes. In that case we start with a takeover review: is there access to the site, the server and the domain, who holds the source files, what can technically be changed. Some hosted platforms do not allow certain changes; if that is the case we tell you upfront.
