What matters in backups is not that they run, but that a restore is proven to work. An untested backup is not a backup.

How we proceed
Inventory audit
Existing hardware, software, licences and network topology are documented. In most companies this list is created for the first time.
Closing urgent risks
Critical gaps such as unbacked servers, unsupported operating systems and exposed remote desktop are closed first.
Establishing routine
Backup checks, updates and maintenance are put on a schedule, with a monthly report.
Helpdesk
Users contact us directly. When on-site intervention is needed we travel within the Istanbul and Kocaeli region.
