Current state check

Domain ownership, DNS records and email deliverability are reviewed.

Setup

The Microsoft 365 tenant is created, users are defined and authentication records are published.

Migration

Existing mailboxes are migrated. The old system runs in parallel for a while so no mail is lost.

Ongoing tracking

We monitor domain renewals and licence counts, and notify you before anything expires.

Frequently asked questions

Our domain is with another provider — is transferring difficult?
No. We handle the transfer with no interruption to your website or email. You only need to obtain the transfer code from your current registrar.
Do you sell the Microsoft 365 licences?
Yes, you can purchase licences through us and consolidate them on one invoice. If you prefer buying directly from Microsoft we still handle the setup.
Why do our emails go to spam?
Usually SPF, DKIM or DMARC records are missing or misconfigured. Reviewing and fixing these records resolves the problem in most cases.
