Personal data processed

This website collects data only when you submit the contact or quotation form:

• Identity and contact: name, company name, email address, phone number
• Request content: your message, the service selected, employee count and budget range
• Technical data: IP address, browser information and referring URL — solely for abuse and spam detection

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed in order to respond to your enquiry and to conduct pre-contractual discussions. The legal basis is performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract, and legitimate interest.

Retention period

Form records are retained for two years following resolution of the enquiry. Where an enquiry becomes a commercial relationship, statutory retention periods apply.

Transfers

Form data is stored on our hosting provider servers and notification email is delivered via Microsoft 365. It is not shared with any other third party.

Your rights
